London 2012 Olympics: London organisers seek main stadium naming rights partner to plug £20m gap

Olympic organisers will seek a naming rights partner for the main stadium and other key venues to try to fill a £20 million gap in the cost of converting the arena after London 2012.
A naming rights deal would mean the centrepiece venue would be called the Olympic Stadium for just two months, with a sponsor’s name used after the end of the Paralympic Games in September.
The Olympic Park Legacy Company will also seek naming-rights partners for the aquatic centre, velodrome and other facilities, but would prefer a single naming partner for all venues.
